Working with E3 Realty & Loans has been a privilege and complete joy of mine. I was contacted by one of their partners and given the opportunity to develop their brand identity from the ground up.

From the beginning their main concern was to attract a young crowd of millenials and first time home owners that were in the market to purchase a house. They expressed to me that they wanted a look with the aesthetic of a start-up tech company that would come across as hip and appealing.

To accomplish this ​I have developed all of their print materials from brochures to business card, banners to uniforms, and social media templates. More importantly I have produced and edited videos for their drip campaigns and charity videos to help raise funds for local foundations in Northern California.

The marketing materials I produced have assisted E3 in bringing in 
$75M in gross sales for 2019 alone.
